Nuggets devotees have the chance to snap up a free pair of Macca’s nugg-inspired slippers from tomorrow – and we have all of the details!

The free, limited-edition merch is being released tomorrow (July 17), with only 2000 pairs of Nuggies up for grabs.

How do I get a free pair of Nuggies?!?!

To get your free pair of Nuggies, you need to take part in the #BootPursuit giveaway.

Customers have to find a boot shaped Chicken McNugget, follow the QR code on the pack and scan the McNugget for a chance to win the tastiest winter accessory.

Nuggies are iconic in their nod to Macca’s nuggets – they even come packaged in a giant Macca’s sauce tub.

Senior Brand Manager for McDonald’s Australia Liz Whitbread said, “There exists a great
debate, what is the best Chicken McNugget shape – the bone, bell, ball or boot?

“Crowned as the supreme dipping icon, we’re celebrating the humble boot-shaped Chicken McNugget by bringing back one of our most sought-after merch collections – Nuggies, but this time we’re giving away even more.”

Nuggies were first launched in 2022, where just 50 pairs were given away.

To participate in the giveaway, customers can order Chicken McNuggets in Macca’s restaurants nationwide via drive thru, kiosk and front counter, as well as the MyMacca’s app and McDelivery, and participate in #BootPursuit from 9AM (AEST) on Wednesday, 17 July until 5PM (AEST) to Tuesday, 6 August 2024.
