  Exactly what I’m thinking, sounds made up to me, anything to fool the public into thinking formula is fine , and all a child needs. In times past it was an emergency solution to a dangerous problem, now some people just reach for it because some can’t be bothered breast feeding

That is just so wrong! Not only for health reasons but to ignore the mothers thoughts, beliefs and routine……..so wrong. I hope a report is placed and this ‘nanny’ is fined, warned, barred…..whatever the charges are, throw the book at her

that’s just wrong on the nanny’s behalf – I hope the other mum has at least lodged a complaint with the people that the nanny has to register through so the other parents can assess their children’s feeding needs before taking them to that particular nanny!

No matter what your personal beliefs are you need to respect the choices of the parents. I would be horrified if I found someone else feeding my baby sneakily behind my back.
