Quentin Tarantino and his wife Daniella have welcomed their second baby together, a little girl.

Singer and model Daniella and director Quentin also have a son together, Leo. The couple revealing they added to their brood over the weekend.

“Daniella and Quentin Tarantino are happy to announce that Daniella gave birth to their baby girl on July 2, 2022, a little sister to Leo, their first child,” they said in a statement to PEOPLE.

The pair has been dating since 2009 when they met when Quentin was promoting his film Inglorious Basterds. They were engaged in 2017, married in November 2018 and their son Leo was born in February 2020.

Despite speculation that Quentin named his son after his long-time acting collaborator Leonardo DiCaprio, he has set the record straight.

“We almost didn’t name him that because people would assume I named him after Leonardo DiCaprio,” he explained on Jimmy Kimmel Live.

“There’s nothing wrong with that, but … he’s named after my wife’s grandfather, but also because, just in our hearts, he was our little lion.”
