It defrost well and taste so good. It is quite fluffy and I don’t find it very dense.

Sara Lee range is amazing – the carrot flavour is perfect and the icing is perfect. Always fresh tasting too and can be easily portioned. Bonus is the crunchy nuts

I’ve eaten many of these Sara Lee Carrot Cakes in my time. The cake itself is light and fluffy while the icing is silky creamy and totally delicious. I love the addition of the walnuts sprinkled on top. This cake is so good with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
