I found these to have an odd taste. Like a spice that didn’t belong, it was sweet almost. Also found they didn’t get crunchy no matter how long you cooked them.

Received these as a replacement for chicko rolls in online shop. They were ok as far as taste goes but certainly no replacement for a chicko roll

Love sprin roll! I love having a packet of these in the back of the freezer as they are quick and simple to make for an easy dinner.

I love marathon spring rolls. I buy these all the time and you save money cooking them yourself instead of going to the fish and chip shop. I would definitely recommend them to other people.

I love Marathon Spring Rolls because they are handy to keep in the freezer and just pull out and cook in the oven. Tasty lunch meal or even great or a simple dinner served with a salad. I like the cripsy batter. Tastes just like from the take away shop but less oily.

These are a great addition to an Entertainment Platter. Passing these around with other hot nibbles and some sauces/dips are always guaranteed to delight your guests!

a box comes with 4 pieces only so each time i have to buy several boxes for the family. but we only have it as entree so 2 per person. and is crispy and lovely.

I love these spring rolls. I fry them in a bit of oil. The outside is crispy and delicious and they taste great. I add a bit of tomato sauce and yummo.

These are the only spring rolls that I buy – they’re a trusted brand! They have a pleasant filling and come up nice and crunchy when they are baked, not oily like some other brands that I’ve tried.

Although there are not a lot of spring rolls in these packs they taste really nice and my children really enjoy eating them as a snack.

My kids really disliked these. They found the individual spring rolls “too big” and didn’t particularly like the flavour. I thought they were a little light on vegetables.

Did not like these at all. The meat was weird in texture, taste and smell and the flavour had a hint of curry like which was awful

Unfortunately I did not like these at all. Had a weird meat taste to me that you could tell was not real meat, must be an added flavor they use.

Marathon spring rolls are delicious. Love the cabbage and meat filling. Really fills you up and perfect for when the weather is cold. Old school favourite

Worst tasting spring roll or pretty much any food i put in my mouth so far!I guess that is why it is on special all the time.

Every time I have one of these spring rolls it takes me right back to my childhood. My mum used to cook them up on occasion for a lazy Sunday lunch and I loved them then and I still love them now. They might not be authentic spring rolls like the Asians make but I think they are just as delicious! They are an excellent size as well so one is perfect for a satisfying meal.

I like these, I heat them in my turbo oven. No they’re nothing like the spring rolls one gets in Asian food shops but they satisfy hunger and that’s all that’s required.

I found these spring rolls to be quite tasty and easy to heat up. The outside casing goes nice and crisp. Would prefer larger pack size as 4 isn’t many

I love spring rolls and the idea of being able to have them anytime at home appealed to me but I just find they’re not the same as those prepared in a fish and chip shop even though they are the same product. They’re ok but I’d rather just have them on the odd occasion I have fish and chips and really enjoy it!

Marathon Spring Rolls are easy to cook and taste good. They need to be cooked following the instructions and eaten hot to keep the crispy crunch of the casing.

I had the first and found the consistency a bit strange so for the second I cooked the outer in oil then removed the center and fried that as a patty then had it in bread with some lemon after I had eaten the still crispy outer. A difficult way of eating them but edible.

I didn’t really enjoy Marathon spring rolls at all! They just tasted below average and were not very enjoyable! Will not buy again! Not worth it! A 1 out of 5 rating!

I bought these for my foreign husband to give a try and we both thought that they were disgusting. Perhaps the recipe has changed in recent years? Does not taste nice at all.

I like the size of these rolls as they are big enough of a snack to to curb the craving the wrapper is nice and crunchy when fried but does burn easily but the crunch doesn’t always last the inside filling has a nice taste but it’s he texture of mush rather that ther shredded verge you would get in traditional Chinese style rolls.

If you can cook these in a deep fryer they will taste delicious however using a grill works just as well in a pinch. The spring roll wrapper is very nice however is softer than it is crispy. The filling is very nice but a little different to the small variety you can buy. Overall, very nice but very hot so don’t eat this immediately after cooking – let it cool a few minutes!
