I loved the idea of cooking a turkey but could not get my head around a body of a turkey and having to base it. This was a simple solution and tasted quite good for oven ready meat.

A turkey thigh has a great meat and my children really enjoy turkey meat so I buy this occasionally for nice events instead of chicken.

this traditional turkey is easy to pop in the oven for a nice meal. It is quite tender and i thought it would be dry. not so.

I bought this for Christmas Day last year as we don’t have a large oven and I didn’t want to cook a bird from scratch. Cooked according to instructions, was moist and not dry and was the only meat that was finished at the end of the meal.
