Nice sheets that are very easy to use for me and my children. I love making snacks with this because it is cheap and I can buy in bulk.

Borg’s Fillo Pastry is a good fillo to buy. Easy to work with and pastry cooks perfectly in sweet and savoury dishes. Has that yummy flaky puff.

When it comes down to making pastries that involve fillo, can’t fault this brand and I always get a consistent texture each time. Worth it.

I always felt a little intimidated by filo pastry and then I started cooking with it. This pack is easy to unroll, butters up well and is easy to use. If you haven’t made a spanakopita yet, grab a packet of this, some spinach, fetta and butter and knock one up. It’s so good for work lunches

I really like the borgs brand for many things and thus pasty is great to. Very versitle for different recipies and ok value. Easy to find too

This is a handy product to have in the freezer. I use it to make savoury triangles or spinach and ricotta cigars. Also great to make a fruit strudel. Light flaky pastry.

I used these Borg’s Filo pastry sheets for making spanakopita and it turned out really well. they were nice and crunchy on the top and so easy to unroll and layer on and around it.

Borg’s products have all been quality in my opinion, including this filo sheets. I often use filo instead of puff pastry as it is a bit lighter. I really like the other pastries that Borgs makes as well though.

Borgs Pastry Fillo sheets are delicious. Just the right amount of sheets to feed a family of 6. Cooks and crisps up really well. Flakey.

The pastry itself is very yummy but the packaging is a disaster. The sheets all stick together after the first use and just tear. If they were in multiple smaller rolls, I think it would work better, but it is just in one big roll and a complete pain for multiple uses.

These pasty sheets are especially nice because they are quite thin so make absolutely delectable pastries in the end that just crumble so very nicely.

Borgs follows pastry sheets are very good for my baking,it is just so easy to use and it tastes wonderful when cooked with my favourite recipes.

Very nice pastry we all enjoy a bit of a filo goodie once in a while and nothing beats Borgs for us simply good qaulity

I used my Borg’s fillo pastry to make spring rolls with cabbage, carrot and sliced thin chicken and they were delicious. I made them in mini size and shallow fried them in the wok in sunflower oil. It only took a few minutes to get crunchy, golden spring rolls. I used kitchen roll to remove excess oil and lightly dusting them with paprika. The results I was told was delicious by the many who tried them at the party.

I’m not sure what I expected, but I found this type of pastry very difficult to use. I hadn’t used it before so was extra careful and followed the instructions to the letter, but it was so dry and broke at the slightest touch so I ended up just using puff pastry! I’ll give it another go, hopefully I can master it!

I cannot fault Borg’s filo pastry sheets. They are great to use on both sweet and savoury recipes, and are very flaky and crispy when cooked. There aren’t many brands around but fortunately this brand is a good one.

Everything I have made with Borg’s Fillo pastry sheets has turned out great. It really is such an easy product to use, you can’t go wrong. As with all of Borg’s products they are a great quality and would definitely recommend to other bakers out there.

I like this fillo pastry. Easy to use and has a lovely crunchy flavour. I always have some in my freezer where it keeps really well. Spanakopita is usually a favourite at my house!
