I had to be careful separating the sheets. I found they are satisfactory to use for fruit tarts although I am not sure if they are designed for that. Our friend who called in that night who has to eat GF thought it was one of the best pastries she has tried

These puff pastries are fairly healthy in terms of fat content and have no gluten which is necessary for half of my family to eat.

Wanted to make pies using this pastry as daughter is coeliac now. Really awful product, doesn’t stick together at all. It says you can roll it out, well you can, but then it’s even worse. Definitely won’t buy again.
