This is my fave bread. It’s very light for a rye bread, almost fluffy and delicious for sandwiches. Equally delicious for toast. It stays fresh right up to its use by date. The kids are not so fussed with this bread though.

Helga’s bread is always so nice and soft which I love. It freezes well and defrosts to continue making yummy sandwiches or toast. Rye is very nice

This is one of my personal favourite breads kids dno’t really enjoy it but I use for sandwiches most days when I can’t be bothered.

The helgas bread light rye is a great bread it tastes yummy and crunchy and very good for you I love it toasted with butter

Kids love the soft texture, softer than wholemeal and does not have visible grains, oats ect. Its a win for me as only other bread they like is white which is not as healthy.

Rye bread can be heavy at times but this brand rye is light and easy to stomach. I love putting avocado and drizzling with olive oil, such a healthy bread!

I have always eaten white bread, until i tried this! it freezes well and defrosts soft. my husband who is very picky and doesn’t like anything healthy loves this bread the most.

Delicious, filling, good for you I absolutly love it. It lasts longer and I do freeze some and take off slices when needed too. Sturdy,strong and deelicious bread and light rye flavour is yummy. So Helga bread for me other flavours if you do not like rye

We swap between this brand and another brand depending on what’s on sale. I found this bread and thought it might be a healthy alternative to white for my husband who hates whole meal and grains, and he loves this light rye, hooray!
