  • Great when on special

    4.5 out of 5

These are a go to in our house when they are on special at Coles or Woolies! They go down to half price of $3.50 so it makes it worth while to stock up then.

  • Mixed grain - perfect healthy lunch

    4 out of 5

The mixed grain has much more flavour then the white wraps. Both equally tasty but mixed grain is the winner in our household. Leftover roast chook with some Mayo in the wrap. Simple but delicious!

  • Great wraps

    3.5 out of 5

We dont often have wraps, but when we do, they are usually turned into homemade burritos. They hold up to the strain of being stuffed to the brim with filling.

  • Great staple!

    3.5 out of 5

I don’t often stray from what I know I like, so I knew the Helga’s Wraps would be good. I like the amount of wraps that come in each packet (8 from memory), however there are 2 aspects that I wasn’t a fan of:
    1. The size is kind of strange – not large enough for 1 meal, but not small enough to be considered a ‘mini’
    2. I don’t like the seeds (personal preference).

  • Tasty but size has been reduced.

    3.5 out of 5

I love the taste of these wraps and used to eat them filled with ham and salad but they seem to have shrunk? The filling always falls out and makes a mess but I still like to eat them with a curry instead of other breads.

  • Perfect wraps for big families

    4.5 out of 5

These wraps are terrific. I use them mostly for salad wraps or kebabs, but they are great toasted with chicken, cheese, pineapple filling too. I like that I can make one wrap, wrap it in glad wrap or baking paper, cut it in half and it feeds two people.

  • Changed to mission wraps

    4.5 out of 5

I enjoy helgas wraps but will no longer buy them as they have decreased the size and charged the same price. Would of been better to keep the good size wrap and charging more I now will be buying mission just as yummy. Not easily fooled

  • Delicious

    5 out of 5

This is the best wrap bread for everything. I love to use it for chicken and cold meats. It doesnt break easily and lasts long in the fridge

  • Great bread alternative

    5 out of 5

Love love love this for making wraps either for work or on my lazy days off! Goes well with tuna and lettuce or even chicken tenders, cheese and lettuce.

  • Down sizing?

    2.5 out of 5

I have noticed the last time I purchased helgas wrap the size had decreased. I love a large wrap that I can stock pile. I’m requiring 2 wraps now instead of one.

  • Generous

    4.5 out of 5

These wraps are a generous size so you can fill them with a decent amount of salads and meat for a substantial meal. The grains make them a healthy choice and they stay fresh for a 3-4 days after opening, as long as the packaging is closed properly.

  • Didn't enjoy

    2 out of 5

My mum bought some chicken for dinner and there was only these wraps available to use with it. I didn’t enjoy them. Very grainy texture with overpowering seedy taste. Even adding lots of nice salad, cheese and chili sauce was not enough to overpower the weird taste and texture. Will not ever purchase these myself. Did not break or rip open when filled with ingredients so that is why they still got 2 stars. I’ll stick to wholemeal or white wraps.

  • Great Quality Wraps

    5 out of 5

I love helgas wraps in multi grain, they are a fantastic size and hold really well once made, they toast well if you are using them in the toaster.

  • Yummo

    3.5 out of 5

The wraps are a great size and hold heaps of filling. They did crack a little bit, so I couldn’t tuck the bottom up without wrecking the wrap. They taste great, just could be a bit more flexible.

Up until my last purchase I would have rated this product a 4.5 but I’ve just discovered Helgas has succumbed to all too typical corporate greed so commonly encountered in this day and age by quietly reducing the size of their product by ~10% from 560g to 506g in the hope that nobody will notice. The price is of course the same. To me the change was obvious. It’s a deceitful practice & I feel cheated They’re no longer big enough to make a decent salad wrap. Helgas begone, Mission brand from now on.

  • Love them

    5 out of 5

I just love these wraps they are really good for lunches or for a snack. I find bread to heavy at times so these are a great alternative. My family all love them too. Will definitely keep buy them.

  • Good size

    3.5 out of 5

These wraps are a great size to support a good amount of filling. They are nice and soft too and last a while which is even better

  • Quick easy and healthy

    5 out of 5

The whole family loves these wraps. They are tasty and stay fresh in the handy zip lock bag. They are the perfect size and a bonus is they don’t split when you roll or fold them

  • Versatile

    4 out of 5

Not just a wrap for wrapping, but turn it into a pizza base, or chop it up, fry in a bit of oil and fry, toss into your salad. But I do love having my fresh salad and meat rolled up. Handy to keep a packet or two in the pantry ready at hand.

  • Ok

    3 out of 5

Not the best wraps available, I found them to be quiet dry so I ended up turning them into chips in the air fryer which was nice

  • sub-standard

    2 out of 5

not really the best quality wrap I have ever used in fact i would have it again. The flour taste was strong? Nah not great at all

  • We love helgas

    4 out of 5

These generous sized multigrain wraps are great . Fresh, delicious and yummy , they hold a good amount of filling whiout bursting of splitting .

  • Nice one

    4 out of 5

I’ve tried Helga’s wraps quite a few times now and we like them. They’re healthy and taste good. It smelled nice and fresh if toasted a bit.

  • Thats a wrap people.

    4 out of 5

Great wrap, very versatile. I find that the thickness reduces the times the wrap splits open when wrapping which is great. I love to grill these to bring out extra flavour. Taste great with ‘banana sushi’ which is a family favourite of ours.

  • Wholesome but dry

    2.5 out of 5

I find wholemeal wraps dry and disappointing, I thought I would try This because it’s trustworthy and a well known household brand but unfortunately I wasn’t thrilled with the flavour. The wrap itself holds well but I think white wraps are tastier.

  • Healthier option

    4.5 out of 5

These Helga’s mixed grain wraps are nice for lunches. They are a good size and fit a nice amount of filling in them. I like that they have the grains throughout them as it makes me feel like they are a healthier option for my meals.

  • Helga's Wraps

    5 out of 5

We like to eat a lot of wraps in our household as they are fun to fill and easy to eat too. Helga’s Mixed Grain Wraps are a good wrap that stay intact and do not fall apart and have a a good taste.

  • Light and fluffy

    4 out of 5

Great substitute for bread. Not to doughy. Great for all kinds of filling. Even the kids like the taste. Has a great shelf life so last longer at home

  • Just right

    4.5 out of 5

I like this as a bread substitute. It is heavy enough to be filling but not that heavy to be sickening. Tastes great not doughy or rubbery.

  • yummy

    4.5 out of 5

love helgas wraps they keep and are so versatile

  • Pantry staple

    4 out of 5

I love the taste of the mixed grain. We have them on hand to serve with fish wraps and make roll ups for school lunches.

  • Very good!

    4 out of 5

Helga’s bread is very good and so are there wraps.I like the mixed grain and add salad, chicken, mayo and tomatoe and look forward to a wonderful lunch!

  • Absolutely love these

    3.5 out of 5

We originally bought these when they were on special. They were larger than our usual brand, and more pliable. They are now our favourite brand. Always fresh. Really tasty. I love grabbing a roast chook, a bag of salad mix and a pack of Helga’s mixed grain wraps, and a quick tasty dinner is done faster than takeaway.

  • Great

    4.5 out of 5

I love these wraps, I am a fan of multigrain… Shame my kids are not. However, they are these without even noticing… All the extra fibre, easy to roll with no cracks, fits all the filling in and tastes great.

  • Nice wraps

    4 out of 5

These wraps are really nice ones and nice and healthy I love to add any fillings to this or create pizza bases out of them

  • Great brand

    4 out of 5

These are great for wraps but I use them for lots of other recipes too. Add a twist to your cannelloni ( if you start making them and find out you have no pasta sheets), I use them for burritos too. Yum.

  • Nice, easy to roll wraps

    3.5 out of 5

Was a nice wrap, soft & rolled up easily enough without cracking like a lot of wraps do. Just a little big for my taste.
