Helgas wholemeal and seed lower carb is my go to bread for myself, I find it taste nice and light but fills me up just what I need. It’s great fresh or toasted.

I’ve recently started eating this due to diet change and I really enjoy it. It’s nice and doesn’t taste any different to normal white bread

Really enjoyed this bread lower carbs usually means not as nice when it comes to bread products but not so with this one, soft fluffy and delicious. Worth trying if your after lower carbs

I love this bread. Soft and fluffy with heaps of seeds. The Lower Carb aspect wasn’t what attracted me but, to be honest, I can’t tell the difference between this and normal Helgas wholemeal!

I don’t pay extra for lower carb claims but this one is nice when its on special. Nice and soft but then we tend to toast our bread after the first day anyway or freeze and this one is nice for that

I was rather surprised when I tried this. I was expecting to be about to put cardboard in my mouth but surprisingly it was so soft and fluffy and quite tasty.

I may have had 3 instead of 2 pieces of toast but it’s low carb!

The flavour it has is different to normal helgas and it was rather nice

It’s a tasty lower carb bread with the goodness of wholemeal and the tasty crunch of seeds which is my favourite bread to buy from the supermarket

This bread toasts up nicely. I use it for my kids for quick breakfasts. Would be better if the carb content was lower so I could enjoy it.

I don’t eat sandwiches so I can’t comment on that but I always have a loaf of this in the freezer for toast.

This makes lunch sandwiches tasty, lower carb and low preservatives. Toasted it is crunchy and delicious with jam or Vegemite. Top product for the whole family

I usually get these at the end of the day because I have a busy schedule but when I do get them and make a sandwich the next day, they taste a bit dry. I’m not sure if it’s just because of my schedule or the supermarket puts up their stock late or if it’s just the bread. Other than that, it seems like a healthy bread option.

This bread is very filling and taste amazing fresh or toasted. I also love making melted sandwiches in my grill machine. The children also enjoy this bread for school lunches. It’s texture is thick and the taste is soft, full of delicious seeds and the crust is also pleasant to eat.

Helgas bread is not only delicious for sandwiches ,fresh … but it toasts beautifully. Some other brands , when you toast it , flatten down and compress . But helgas holds its shape and bulk. The fact it is so yummy is a bonus !

Helga’s is a very good brand that has excellent bread,the wholemeal seed is delicious and it stays fresh for a couple of days,very nice for sandwichwes.

I liked this bread but felt it was a bit dry and did not seem to stay fresh as long as other breads. It was fine toasted and I liked the seeds.

Lower carbohydrates makes it suitable for Diabetes or Insulin Resistance sufferers. Being Wholemeal I didn’t expect it to stay soft for as long as it did.

I like this bread for sandwiches, it has a wholesome flavour and great texture. I thinks it’s fair value for money, it stays fresh and also freezes well

Have to rave about Helga as it is the best bread to date I rate the low carbs make it guilt free eating and got a nutty flavour so mix and match your Helga batch .They sometimes have two for sale at lower price so freezer is nice can have variety, or if big family filling better than other breads I have tried.
