This French brioche bread is so nice and light with a lovely buttery flavour. It’s a bit expensive but it’s nice for the occasional treat.

We love to butter this brioche and spread with marmalade and then place in an ovenproof dish and pour a custard mix over the top and bake until set. So Good!

Awesome toasted with nutella on it. Being a sweeter bread it is like a desert or cake with adding sweeter toppings. My fussy eaters love it too.

I love slightly warming Brioche up in either the toaster or under grill and i must admit it was my first try of La Fornee and i was pretty impressed! The texture was nice and fluffy and with a lil bit of jam n butter yuuum
