I Love McKenzies Bi carb and have been using it for 30 year, my mother also used it as a kid. Works great for everything from cooking to cleaning. It’s always great value as well, even cheaper than the home brand stuff.

This is my trusted, relied on bi carb soda brand and I absolutely love when this huge jar is on sale. It’s so handy to have it in an air tight container, then you can top it up with the smaller boxes when it’s empty.

Apart from cleaning the drains with this it is a staple for cooking in my pantry. There are some great recipes on their website including some cookies made with Rice flour. I use Buttery in them and they are then allergy free for my grandson. They taste just like most cookies and we make them at Xmas and easter and decorate.

I like this one because it’s such a good size.
It has so many purposes from helping to make things sparkly clean to baking the perfect desserts.
It lasts quite a long time as well as it’s bigger than your average.

I keep this for putting on liquid spills, it absorbs the odour and liquid and then you can just vacuum it up once dry. It’s also great for getting the odour put of fridges and of course is needed sometimes when cooking.

I grew up with my mum using this McKenzie’s bi-carb soda it has so many uses from cooking to cleaning its magical stuff it’s a must have in the party.

This is the only brand I’ve ever used of bi carb it is great for cooking or cleaning, it use to spill alot in the cardboard packaging so this upgrade to have a lid is the best.

Great product. I have been using this brand for years and now it comes in a container that seals so well it’s even better. I used to transfer the contents to a container of my own but much prefer this container now.

Bi carb soda is not only great in cooking but it also has so many other uses, especially when it comes to cleaning or deodorising.

This has so many uses. Put on a saucer it helps to eradicate some unwanted odours. e.g. Paint (we thought our boss was joking), the smell of your fridge / freezer if the power goes off, mixed with white vinegar for cleaning various areas, or my Mum also used it in cooking

When it comes to bi carb there appear to be only a few manufacturers because I only ever see Mckenzies or generic brands. Both are good and serve their purpose. When it comes to using bi carb in my cooking I prefer to use Mckenzies.

I always have this on my cupboard. It’s the best thing for indigestion. I used heaps when I was pregnant. I also use it on stains for clothes and sometimes for small drain blockages. Can’t live without it

I think the quality of the product is really good, less likely to clump than cheaper versions of the product. And conveniently Packaged in the plastic container, easy to store.

Always need this in the pantry. I prefer this one in the tub as it seals unlike the box, but if I’m using it for cleaning the washing machine I get the box as its cheaper and I use lots for the machine. I use this with lemon juice to give my teeth a good clean occasionally too, so versatile!

Firstly let me say I tried to rate this 5 stars but it would not come up as 5 so 4 will have to suffice. This wonderful product has so many varied uses. It can be used in cooking such as when I am making a boiled fruit cake and at the other end of the scale it can be used with vinegar to clean an oven. My mum used to put a little pinch of it when she was boiling greens years ago. they used to look fantastic. There are heaps of other uses as well. This product is not expensive either which is a bonus
