I have had one of these in my pantry for years now but I do use it occasionally so I find it handy to have one around!

This is a great quality product. I’ve only become aware of its uses in the last couple of years since my awareness of fructose being bad for you, and it’s a very handy alternative sweetener for particular recipes.

I use Glucose Syrup to make my caramel sauce and it is the difference between a good carmel sauce and an amazing sauce. I’m constantly asked for my recipe and this glucose syrup is my secret ingredient.
