    Not for everything but mainly for specific types of recipes that call for it. For me, it’s good with these little potato cakes so it was fine for that. Taste is okay but hard to judge on its own

    Have tried a few recipes that have called for rice flour and I was pleased to find that Mckenzies make it and it worked out well as I was originally not very familiar with it. Small box though and the recipes required a lot.

    This is a fantastic product. I mainly use it to make shortbread. I have tried recipes with and without the rice flour and adding it really makes a difference to the taste and texture. The brand is very consistent and the box is easy to use. I would like to see it in a larger size.

    I purchase Mckenzie’s Rice Flour to make shortbread. The rice flour add a crunch to the biscuit. I always have it in my pantry for baking. I love the taste and the end cooking result you get by using it. I love traditional style shortbread and its always a winner using this product.

    I needed rice flour for a specific recipe called Chinese Turnip cakes and didn’t know what to expect and being a first timer for this recipe. I think the packaging is great and attention grabbing because it stood out on the shelves and was impressed how it blended well with my other ingredients and surprisingly the cake turned out well and not lumpy like some flour recipes. Very good quality product .
