Quite a few cake and slice recipes I have use brown sugar. These recipes would not have the same flavour using normal sugar. It really does add a molasses flavour.

When you buy this product make sure to put it in an airtight container as it can go into a big lump I put it in what I thought was airtight and this happened to me. But I do Love this product.
