Four bean mix has always been a favourite of mine. Mix a bit of parsley in it with olive oil and vinegar and you have a great meal. You can also add a side of brown rice and some tuna to increase the cards and protein content. These beans I’ve always found to be perfectly cooked, and never bland.
These beans are both tasty and healthy. They are a great addition to salads, they are easy to prepare and they are filling. I keep tins of this in the pantry, ready to add to whatever needs yummy beans.
with all the benefits of the full sized tim including tastiness and beinvery healthy, yet with the great bonus of being just the right size for one person.
I often buy these as I dont always want to use Kidney Beans in recipes so I do alternate with these in casseroles and stews just adds a different taste and texture
