We do like to buy John West products because they have a good selection of tasty products to eat. Sardines are one of our tasty go to foods.

An excellent serve of sardines. I prefer sardines in spring water just because because they arnt so oily and way less calories but Tom sauce does the trick too. Great for lunches to add to a salad

I love these on toast with a heap of pepper sprinkled on top. They are also nice on toast with grilled cheese and pepper. The tomato sauce is a nice addition. These keep for ages in the pantry and are a cheap way of getting Omega oil.
