I love using this oil for fried eggs. It adds a lovely lite coconut flavour to the eggs which is really nice, and makes them crispy on the outside.

Very strong coconut taste similar to the pure solid coconut oil so will only suit certain recipes that the taste wont affect it. Very expensive and lasts no where near as long as solidified coconut oil.

Quite expensive for coconut oil. I found it had an odd taste and would much prefer the solid stuff over the liquid. Theres no benefit I can see to having liquid coconut oil especially since it has an additive to make it stay liquid.
