Delicious, healthy, so simple to add to a variety of food, whether its a smoothie, yoghurt, oats even cereal if you like that. For busy people who don\’t have time to premix their own, it\’s ideal. I may have just added a few extra chia seeds for it to get the full 5 stars.
Such a simple way to pack more health and goodness into your breakfast bowl. I sprinkle it over my cereal and eat. Also great added to your morning smoothie. Either way, massive health benefits
