If you’re after tofu this one is a lovely option. It’s nice and firm and cook a up so yummy even without oil. It soaks up flavours well

This product is firm, easy to cut and delicious when fried crunchy

This product was fine.. it froze ok .. (although a bit watery after defrosting if you are fussy) and enabled me to use the block without waste.. (so often even small packs like this go off before I can use them)

This tofu is quite firm but it is perfect for when I want something different.
I love the taste and texture when cook with a sauce or marinade
