Mixed spice is a perfect blend. I love adding this to my carrot cakes. It gives a beautiful richness to the flavour. It’s great in some biscuits too.

I found that the spices I bought were true to label and full of flavour and so much cheaper than the glass jars of other brands of spices. In this day and age every bit saved is worthwhile.

Mixed Spice is one of those products that are so handy to have in the pantry. I can remember my mum cooking with this donkeys years ago and I still use it. This pack is economical.
