This is a nicely balanced sauce veering on the sweeter side, and super convenient to add to your stir fries vegetables and also great with seafood.

Masterfoods is one of those brands that I buy without hesitation because I have always found the quality to be excellent. The teriyaki marinade is no exception. It use it mainly on beef to flavour the meat just before I add it to my stir-frys and the flavour is beaut.

This isn’t my first preference when it comes to teriyaki marinades, there’s a great Umami branded version which is nice and thick and easier to work with, but in the absence of the Asian specialty brand’s availability, the Masterfoods version is an excellent substitute =)

This Masterfoods Marinade Teriyaki is great; we add it to meat/chicken on the BBQ, kebabs and stir fry’s. It is full of flavour and a product we happily recommend to others!
