There is barely a night we don’t have this with whatever meat we are eating for dinner. Goes great with steak, lamb, chicken and even roast potatoes. It’s thick and very minty and can easily be thinned out by giving it a brisk stir in the jar. Great mixed with mayonnaise and a bit of cream and fresh mint as a potato salad dressing.

Masterfoods Mint Sauce jelly is luscious! You can actually taste how fresh the mint flakes are! Delicious, of course, with lamb, but I also add it to yogurt to make a delicious and refreshing mint raita.

This mint sauce is really very nice. I have not had it in so long, but it is really nice on the side of your plate to have with a bit of meat during a baked dinner.

Readily available and always reliable. The Masterfoods mint jelly is my favourite so far and I grew up with it on lamb but I also love it on boiled potatoes to give them a bit of flavour. This is always in my fridge.
