This is a very nice meat with a lot of uses. I’ve used it to bake a savoury type of crepe as well as pies.

San Marino’s Spanish serrano is the next best thing to prosciutto. It has a very strong flavour and is perfect in sandwiches and baguettes, and very nice on home made pizzas.
