This is the perfect Sunday roast dish. Incredible as a slow cook in the weber, particularly with crackling. Great served with a salad or steamed vege

I love a well cooked boneless Pork Loin roast, and that crackling, do it right, and it is like the icing on the cake. The tender, lovely flavoured roast, goes perfect with baked vegetables, and a lovely apple sauce. Usually, leftovers, which we enjoy in a lovely sandwich, or tossed in a salad.

Pork is a great option for a family dinner and this can feed my family on 6 and we still have some left overs for the next day

Pick your piece and your butcher, but if you come across a good one, HELLO DELICIOUS! Moist yummy meat and a great crackle – which let’s face it, this is what pork is all about LOL
