Ingredients (serves 2)

  • 1 Beef MAGGI 2 Minute Noodles with Wholegrain
  • Desired amount Mince
  • Desired amount Mixed vegetable
  • 2 Hard boiled eggs

Method

  1. Make Beef MAGGI 2 Minute Noodles with Wholegrain as per directions on the packet.
  2. Cook mince
  3. Boil or steam vegetables
  4. Boil eggs
  5. Mix the mince, vegetables and noodles and top with hard boiled eggs

  • Oh the kids have always loved this. When we were camping I used leftover cooked hamburgers or sausages, a packet of steam fresh vegies and noodles. Always a big hit!

  • Very quick indeed. Another option would be couscous, that is ready in a short time too: 5 minutes.
