A quick & easy curry packed with flavour.
Ingredients (serves 4)
- 1 Onion diced
- 500 grams Chicken diced
- 20 grams Ghee
- 1 400 ml can Coconut cream
- 2 tablespoons Maharajahs Choice butter chicken paste
Method
- In a frypan fry onions in ghee until transparent. Add chicken & cook until chicken is cooked through.
- Add paste & coconut cream and cook for a further 15 or so minutes.
Notes
After experimenting with various pastes Maharajahs Choice is my choice however, there are many available. This may be a bit spicy for those who like it quite mild. I served this curry with Paratha bread however, steamed rice is another alternative.
