Yummy meal for lunch. Garnish with fresh coriander and shallot on the top ( optional).
Ingredients (serves 4)
- 350 gr Chicken breast, thinly sliced
- 100 gr Mushroom, sliced
- 1/2 can Baby corn
- 200 gr Chinese Cabbage
- 1/2 bunch Bok choy
- 1/2 Onion, sliced
- 1/2 tbs Ginger, minced
- 2 Garlic, minced
- 1 tbs Dark soy sauce
- 2 tbs Oyster sauce
- 1 tbs Sugar
- 1 1/2 tbs Corn starch
- 1/3 cup Water
- 1 tbs Sesame oil
Method
- Heat up sesame oil in a wok. Add garlic, ginger and onion, stir fry until fragrant. Add chicken, dark soy sauce, oysters sauce, sugar, corn starch and water. Stir fry frequently until chicken changes colour or cooked.
- Add Chinese cabbage, baby corn, mushroom and Bok choy. Stir fry until the sauce thicken. Serve with rice.
