When the 3pm slump hits I whip myself up one of these healthy protein packed afternoon treats.
Give it a try, you will feel better then reaching for the chocolate.


Ingredients (serves 1)

  • 1/2 Cup Low fat Greek style yogurt
  • 1/2 Cup Muesli
  • 1/2 Cup Blueberries
  • 1/2 Banana
  • 1/2 Tsp Raw honey

Method

  1. Chop up banana.
  2. Arrange all ingredients in a bowl or glass.
  3. Drizzle honey on top and enjoy.

Notes

Frozen blueberries can be used if you don't have fresh. Full fat Greek style yogurt can substitute the low fat variety.
