If your slices are too thick they will burn before being cooked or end up being extra crunchy


Ingredients (serves 3-4)

  • 1 large sweet potato Sliced into thin slices
  • Coconut oil For cooking
  • Salt &pepper To taste

Method

  1. Peel and slice sweet potatoes place in a bowl
  2. Add some coconut oil (needs to be liquid) and mix until all slices have a coconut oil coating
  3. Fry them until golden on each side, if desired add more coconut oil into the pan
