A quick meatball recipe that’s our family favourite. The hidden veg is great, add more grated veg, or cook in a crushed tomato sauce
Use any mince, chicken, lamb or beef

Ingredients (serves 4)

  • 500g Mince
  • 1 Carrot, grated
  • Fresh herbs, chopped fine
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 cup Baby spinach, chopped fine
  • 4 Garlic cloves, crushed

Method

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl thoroughly
  2. Roll into small balls
  3. Fry slowly until golden
  4. Serve with dipping sauce

  • My son has just started to like mince these would be perfect to hide some veg as he is really into meat balls thank you !

  • This recipe looks super easy with few ingredients which is a winner in my eyes. I love the added baby spinach which I’ve never seen in a meatball recipe before and the garlic is great for the winter months. I will try and make some of these for my fussy 1 year old.
