Ingredients (serves 2)
- 1 large potato
- enough cooking oil
Method
- Peel potato and slice as thinly as you can.
- Now here is the annoying part. You have to use a paper towel and dry the sliced potato on each sides. Cut potato into heart shape using a scissor.
- In a wok, heat enough oil. Fry the potatoes for one minute on each sides or until golder brown.
