A delicious and healthy recipe that doesn't call for any rice. KETO Friendly.
Ingredients (serves 5)
- 1 Grated Cauliflour
- 1 cup Peas
- 1 cup Corn
- 6 Eggs
- 300g Bacon
- 3 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 2 Large Carrots
Method
- Saute' the grated cauliflower and add in pre-steamed peas and corn and cut carrots..
- Mix the eggs in a bowel, add a touch of salt, then make an omelette. Once cooked, cut the omelette into strips and add to the vegetables.
- Cut bacon into strips, cook in pan and add to the vegetables.
- At soy sauce to all ingredients and continue mixing on the stove till everything is thoroughly mixed.
Notes
You can mix and match any vegetables you choose to make this a flavorful meal.
