Great for a nutritious after school snack
Ingredients (serves 1)
- 1 cup milk
- 1 large banana, mashed
- 1 tablespoon saunders malt extract
- 2 scoops icecream
- nutmeg to serve (optional)
Method
- Combine all ingredients using a blender.
- Top with grated nutmeg to serve. (Optional)
Notes
You can try this with different fruit like mixed berries, to see what you like most.
