Messy fingers chicken stuffing

Deliciously simple chicken stuffing

Ingredients (serves 2 | makes 2 Big spoonfuls)

1 Bread roll
1 Onion, finely chopped
1 tblsp Mixed herbs
Assorted seasonings. Salt, pepper, garlic salt etc

Method

Finely chop or grate the bread roll. Add onion, herbs, seasonings and mix. Stuff into whole chickens cavity and roast.

This looks nice and easy and you could easily add some dried apricot etc if you wanted to change it up a bit!
