A great way of transforming plain steak into something special.

Ingredients (serves 4)

  • 400 grams Porterhouse steak cubed
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp dried coriander
  • 2 Tbsp cumin
  • 1 Tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp chilli flakes
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup fresh coriander

Method

  1. Cut porterhouse steak into cubes.
  2. Combine lemon juice, olive oil, dried coriander, cumin, garlic, chilli, cinnamon and fresh coriander.
  3. Coat steak cube and grill. Serve with a salad or vegetables of choice.

Notes

Goes really well with grilled sweet potato and spinach stir-fried with garlic.
