Delicious no bake slice that’s quick and easy to make, perfect for the school lunchbox!
Ingredients (serves 12 | makes 12 Oat bars)
- 1 1/2 tbsp Coconut oil
- 1/2 cup Peanut butter
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 cup Rolled oats
- 1/3 cup Flaxseed meal
- 1 tbsp Chia seeds
- 1/2 cup Chopped almonds
- 1/3 cup Coconut
- 100 grams Cooking chocolate
- 1 tbsp Coconut oil
- 2 tbsp Chopped almonds
Method
- Melt peanut butter, coconut oil, honey, vanilla and cinnamon in a pot over a low heat. Heat until combined.
- Add oats, flaxseed meal, chia seeds, almonds and coconut. Stir until combined.
- Line baking tray with baking paper and pour mixture in. Level out pushing down with the back of a spoon.
- Melt chocolate and coconut oil in a pot. Drizzle over the top and sprinkle chopped almonds on top.
- Put into the fridge for 2 hours. Cut into bars. Serve and enjoy!
