We love serve this soup for dinner.


Ingredients (serves 4)

  • 1 bag Pickle mustard ( salted vegetables )
  • 400 gr Chicken
  • 1 Tomato, sliced
  • 2 Garlic, chopped
  • 1 ltr Water
  • 1 tbs Vegetable oil

Method

  1. Heat oil in the pot, fried the garlic until fragrant.
  2. Add tomato, chicken and pickle mustard, stir about 1 minutes. Add water and bring to boil over high heat about 30 minutes or until the pickle mustard soft. Ready to serve.

  • This is a very unique recipe but I’m a bit uncertain whether I like it!
