Ingredients (serves 8)
- 1 whole Chicken
- 1/4 cup salt
- 1/4 cup pepper
- 1 cup Green beans
- 1 cup Carrots
Method
- Marinate chicken for 12 hours with salt and pepper.
- Wash off excessive salt and pepper, steam in a pressure cooker for 1 hour.
- Add in beans and carrot after chicken is cooked and steam for a further 5 minutes.
- Serve with rice :)
