easy marinade rub that you can use on anything

Ingredients (serves 4)

  • 1 cup Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 Cup Soy Sauce
  • 4 cloves Roasted Garlic
  • 1 CUP Brown Sugar
  • 2 racks Pork Ribs

Method

  1. Wash ribs in cold water & pat dry, cover with spice rub and allow to sit for a day
  2. Cook on the BBQ or in the oven from 2hrs on 140deg (low slow cook)

  • Wow this dish sounds too good to be true. It looks very easy to prepare and cook. Nothing better than meat cooked on the bbq. These tips sound like they would turn out to be so tender and juicy. I need to buy a bbq and then this dish is on my list to make.

  • Ribs taste so good, but they’re so much work to get so little meat, that I can rarely be bothered. They’re often pretty messy too, and I’m a bit averse to that. But I like the sound of the rub, and might see if I can find an appropriate cut of meat to use it on.

  • Haven’t seen a run with soy sauce and balsamic vinegar in it together before. I’m always happy to try something new when it comes to barbecue as hubby loves it so much.
