Ingredients (serves 3)

  • 3 Eggs
  • 50 gr Smoked Salmon
  • 1 stalk Fresh coriander, chopped
  • 1 tbs Butter
  • 3 tbs Milk

Method

  1. Using a fork whisk eggs, coriander and milk. Melt the butter in small pan and pour in eggs mixture.
  2. Move eggs around for 30 second, remove from heat and add smoked salmon. Place in a hot oven for a further minute. Ready to serve.
