This spaghetti bolognaise is a quick and easy mid week meal. Add some veggies if desired.
Ingredients (serves 4)
- 1 Tbsp oil
- 1 onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 rashers bacon
- 500g lean mince
- 1x420g can of tomato soup
- 2 Tbsps tomato paste
- 1 cup beef stock
- 1/2 cup red wine
- 2 tsps dried oregano
- 400 g spaghetti, cooked and drained
Method
- Heat the oil in a large pan. Add onion, garlic and bacon and cook for 3 mins.
- Add the mince and cook a further 5 mins or until well browned.
- Add remaining ingredients. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 mins. Stir occasionally. Serve with spaghetti. Garnish with Parmesan cheese.
