Switch and swap salad ingredients as desired, hard boiled egg and avocado are yummy additions. Same with sauces, use which ever you prefer.

Ingredients (makes 1-6 )

  • Inghams chicken tenders 1 or 6
  • Lettuce A handful
  • Tomato Sliced
  • Cheese Grated
  • Red onion Sliced
  • Sour cream 1 tblsp per wrap
  • Sweet chilli sauce 1 tblsp per wrap
  • Flat bread 1 or 6

Method

  1. Cook Inghams chicken strips as per packet directions. When cooked, layer on a flat bread, roll up and eat

  • We loooove wraps in our house. I’ve been known to put chicken tenders or crumbed fish pieces in a wrap with many different combos eg. coleslaw, lettuce, tomato, cheese, avocado, etc. A very healthy dinner option.

  • Yum, I make these for my son for school lunch sometimes, he loves the sweet chilli tenders, they make it in a breadroll at his canteen but it’s cheaper to make them at home

  • Nice. And instead of sour cream, you could use cream cheese or cottage cheese. My kind of lunch!!
