Just made this with the addition of lemon zest, juice and poppy seeds. I can report this is very easy recipie and I’m a fan! Thanks for sharing.

Ingredients are easy to find in the pantry but couldnt understand how much is carton?

Looks delicious and moist, but not sure about the amount of oil …….

That’s a lot of sugar and oil. Will still try it though as it’s very simple to make.

I love that it is a no mess kind of recipe, but that does seem like a ton of oil compared to everything else. It looks good though in the picture. Thank you for sharing

you can also use flavoured yoghurt such as strawberry for a subtle strawberry sponge too.
