Here’s how the ABC Reading Eggs Product Review will work

In the ABC Reading Eggs Review, MoM Members with children or grandchildren aged from 3 to 7 years of age will trial and review. MoM Members who have not yet trialed or subscribed to ABC Reading Eggs are eligible to signup for a free 30-day trial to ABC Reading Eggs through a unique URL (in order to participate, you must be a new customer of ABC Reading Eggs and never had an account prior to this review). We’ll then ask selected mums to commit to using ABC Reading Eggs for 15 minutes a day for at least 5 days before posting their reviews.

    I’m so happy to have this app my daughters can use rather than watching mind numbing nonsense on YouTube.

  • Love ABC Reading Eggs - kids find it fun

    My pre-kindy 5 year old has been using ABC Reading Eggs for a while now and really enjoys it. The images and games are really creative and keep his attention. He feels good when he gets things right. There’s also a part called mathseeds which he really enjoys too. He is able to read and do maths before going to school which has him in a really good position. He is not forced, he was ready to learn and really enjoys it.

  • Love Reading Eggs

    We discovered Reading Eggs during the first lockdown. It has been a great way to get our 6 year old to do reading, phonics, and math. Our 4 year old also started when he wanted to do school work like his big brother. He loves it and has learned so much. The fact that they can earn rewards for doing levels and then use those rewards to access short games makes them both want to learn. It’s great and gives me time to have a few moments of quiet once in a while.

  • Brilliant Educational Program

    For me ABC Reading Eggs has been a blessing. Its a fantastic program that teaches your child to read. My son Hayden is in kindy this year and his teacher told us that Hayden was struggling with recognising and sounding out certain letters. My partner and I wanted to help him, and ABC Reading Egg’s has worked wonders.

    ABC Reading Eggs is a fun and easy way for children to learn to read. Its bright and interactive to keep little minds interested. Hayden loved ABC Reading Eggs from the first moment he tried it. Leaning but also playing at the same time, kept Hayden engaged and wanting to do more.

    When Hayden finishes a lesson level, I get an email on his progress and what he has learnt. This is a great way for me to know what sounds, letters or words he has been learning. There is also a more detailed progress report you can see in the app.

    The app is super easy to use and can be used not only on your tablet or phone but you can also use it on your PC. Hayden had no problems navigating and completing lessons. Hayden loved going from lesson to lesson on the map and seeing some of the fun, loveable characters he was about to meet.

    After using ABC Reading Eggs Hayden can now easily identify all the letters of the alphabet and sound most of them out. I’ve seen an improvement in his reading. He is more confident and loves reading more since starting ABC Reading Eggs.

    ABC Reading Eggs also allows you for trial it for 30 days, for free. I’m sure after the 30 days is up, you will be happy to pay for such a brilliant educational program.   • Love all the books and activities!

    My 3 year old loves reading eggs and sees it as a real treat. Perfect when you’re out. We used it this morning while at a cafe and kept her happy while we were waiting. She read a book, played matching games and more. I love that it’s fun and educational for her and there is so much to explore. We’ve bought a year subscription already.

    45 days and going strong… Aayaan has now used the ABC reading eggs app for 45 days and I love that he enjoys it so much.
    His favourite part these days is the Library section, where he can choose which book he wants to read and then answer some quiz questions… How cool is that? My video gives a walkthrough of the library section today.

  • A fantastic tool for fun learning

    I was so happy after using the trial for Reading Eggs that I subscribed for the year. My 3 year old daughter sees playing it as a fun reward and has learnt from reading the stories on there, tracing the alphabet to learn her letters, matching shapes and colours and so much more. I’ve been so impressed with how easy it was to use. It’s been brilliant in the car when it’s a long drive, she’s entertained and I feel happy knowing she’s learning and doing something productive. Its teaching her computer skills as well which is important today. I love all the different games and sounds and also love the math seeds program too. There is so much there for her to learn that she will never get bored. I’ve already told all my friends to give a trial a go, it’s been brilliant for us already and have bought the year subscription. I can see it continuing to be a great learning tool for her for years to come.

  • Loving Reading Eggs

    I purchased Reading Eggs for my 2 year old after doing the 1 mth free trial. I wanted something that was positive screen time that would also be educational. Her colour recognition has improved and she loves the puzzles and picture matching games on there. She also has much better recognition of items and colours in her physical books and I have noticed she spends more time looking through her books than ever before and showing me what is in them

  • AMAZING!

    When we went into lock down for the first time last year, my Daughter, who was in Kindy/Prep at the time, was given a code to access Reading Eggs for Homeschooling and it was AMAZING! It’s such a resourceful program, it’s bright, happy and extremely attractive to young minds, it’s also super easy to use. The content is fun and engaging, so much so that my Daughter is quite happy to do her “School work”. Here we are again, in lock down number 2, Year/Grade 1, Home-schooled once again and YES! We have Reading Eggs, but this time our 3 year old is taking more of an interest, so we brought a Subscription to the Junior version for her and she can’t get enough. Reading Eggs makes reading fun and it teaches them the skills they need to make it exactly that, fun and something they’ll want to do.

  • Great Program!

    Our 4 year old son has had a lot of fun using Reading Eggs so far. His letter recognition has certainly improved and I can see with further use he will develop his reading skills even more. The only criticism I have of the program is that it is clearly designed for a tablet rather than a PC. My son used the program on a PC and as he didn’t have any experience with using a mouse before, there were some challenges in certain parts of the program as he had the right answer but couldn’t get the mouse to go where he wanted it to. On the other hand, he has now learnt how to use the computer mouse quite well, so it’s an additional skill he has learnt which is a bonus. Look forward to trying out the Mathseeds section with him next!

  • Screen time that's beneficial

    I’m now a few months into to my subscription and love that my son can enjoy screen time with a positive outcome. He’s having fun and learning at the same time. It’s all about balance and this means we can teach him the good things about screens and hopefully give him an idea of how to use technology responsibly as he gets older.

  • Love for learning

    I’m really satisfied with the amount of work and effort that’s been put into creating various sections for the kids to go through, learn and understand basic concepts. Abc reading eggs has now become an everyday habit for my son… I’m really happy that even though it’s screen time…it’s a positive experience for him and he’s gaining knowledge. The love to learn is now evident in him.. I’m really happy and would recommend this app to all the mums out there. My boy specifically enjoys the library section as he feels good after reading and UNDERSTANDING the book he’s read. It can take upto 2-3 times to finally understand but it’s worth it.

  • Hands down amazing

    Reading Eggs helped my daughter and son get reading and KEEP on reading. We love the catchy games and collecting the golden eggs! My daughter loves showing me her progress!

    You can do allot in 15mins everyday using this App. We are mind blown over my daughters progress. We also love that she can sit happily by herself and work through the levels.

  • Kids love reading eggs

    My kids love reading eggs. It’s fun yet educational with catchy songs to keep them entertained between games. They’ve learnt so much so quickly on pronunciations, spelling and reading! My younger one sometimes watches the older one or they play the games together. I am thoroughly impressed with my kids progress and would recommend reading eggs to all toddlers and primary school children. I can definitely see them using reading eggs for many years. I only wish they were introduced to it sooner!

  • Great app to kickstart ones reading journey!

    I absolutely love that this app makes learning to read an interactive game for my son. He is learning to read without realising it – it’s like sneaking in veges in his spaghetti sauce! Happy to subscribe to Reading Eggs as it gives me peace of mind that he is spending his time on the iPad learning and not playing mindless games. Highly recommended!

  • Valuable learning tool for all ages

    I LOVE the idea of Reading Eggs. My nearly 4 year old has been engaged, learning new concepts and revising concepts in fun and exciting ways. Reading Eggs uses different techniques in its’ various learning areas to ensure the learner is on their appropriate level and helps to push them along to further their skills.
    I can honestly say that I don’t mind giving my little one screen time for this application. My child loves this and is able to easily navigate her way around the app independently.

    Like I said in my social media post, I believe Reading Eggs is one of the best kids reading programs available (and I have 5 kids, so I’ve tried a lot!). It’s a bit pricey, but worth every dollar when you see your non-reading child suddenly reading after only a week! Thanks Reading Eggs 🙂

  • Great learning tool more positive screen time

    My son has loved playing and learning with the reading eggs app. He isn’t at the age yet where he is able to read out aloud as he is younger then 4 but he did love the books being read to him, playing the games and watching the video for his age group. I have noticed it encouraged him to look at words and tell us the letters, which my husband and I are impressed with. This is giving us a stepping stone to build on his learning abilities for reading. We have enjoyed the 30 day trial and I feel that it is a more positive option of screen time for kids. Could not have had the trail at a better time as we were in lockdown and it gave us another activity my little one could do.

  • Awesome stuff for kids

    My grandson thinks this is the bees knees. He has so much fun participating in all the activities….he doesn’t realise he’s learning at the same time. Lots of fun activities to teach maths, reading, writing and so much more. So good to see an educational programme that kids love to do, it’s not work at all. I also shared it with a couple of mums too. All positive feedback. Simple to use. This is one time you’re happy to see the kids spend time on their devices

    What a wonderful app. My son has autism and is struggling to read and write, reading eggs has been amazing and it’s fun for my son which keeps him interested to learn.     When we went into lock down for the first time last year, my Daughter, who was in Kindy/Prep at the time, was given a code to access Reading Eggs for Homeschooling and it was AMAZING! It’s such a resourceful program, it’s bright, happy and extremely attractive to young minds, it’s also super easy to use. The content is fun and engaging, so much so that my Daughter is quite happy to do her “School work”. Here we are again, in lock down number 2, Year/Grade 1, Home-schooled once again and YES! We have Reading Eggs, but this time our 3 year old is taking more of an interest, so we brought a Subscription to the Junior version for her and she can’t get enough. Reading Eggs makes reading fun and it teaches them the skills they need to make it exactly that, fun and something they’ll want to do.
