  • Cetaphil baby hair and body wash will buy again

    I was very excited when I received my package of the cetaphil baby wash and shampoo along with the sample sizes for friends (might I add very generous at 50 mls each) hubby used it first when he bathed our now 2 year old and squirted a heap I thought oh his so wasteful. My son enjoyed his bath and didn’t cry when it dripped onto his face as he often has before with other washes. The scent is not strong it is light and pleasent, it dosnt strip any moisture from your hands, hair and skin after use it still feels hydrated.His skin and hair was nice and clean fresh and not irritated.

    The only issue I have is that when I used the product the same thing happend as it did to hubby a big amount squirted out no matter how much pressure you apply a big amount always comes out. That would be my only complaint.

    Will definitely purchase this again I am hoping for different packaging or a pump bottle so we do not waste product.

  • Blows other brands out of the water!

    After using this product for a while I was so impressed with it that I found myself raving and recommending it to my mum friends. The bottle is well designed with grip and a dosage limit for washes. The wash is more fluid but lathers quickly and easily and is definitely tear free. My baby’s skin was left feeling buttery soft and smooth and her hair silky to the touch with a nice light layering of scent. Would definitely recommend it to other parents, it’s topped every other brand I’ve ever tried!

  • Tear free and super cleansing.

    I found cetaphil gentle bay wash and shampoo a joy to use. Makes quite a lot of bubbles when used in the bath and I loved the way it gently washed the children. It has a really beautiful fragrance and considering my 2 kidlets try to eat the bubbles and skull the bath water. I wasn’t concerned as I knew cetaphil was a mild and gentle product. It smells awesome! We also loved the body lotion. Made my bubs skin so soft!

  • Cetaphil Baby Wash

    A little of this product goes a long way and I’ve found it to be super gentle on his sensitive skin. It leaves his skin and hair super soft and hydrated and has a beautiful subtle scent. The bottle is very easy to use as it has little ripples that help as grip which is so useful especially when you have hands going everywhere getting bath ready!

  • Sensitive skin

    After using the wash for two weeks both my boy’s had a flare up of excema. I don’t blame the product, but after continued use it really dried out their sensitive skin and the irritation started.
    The product itself is great, we liked the smell and left our skin feeling clean and smelling nice.
    I still use the product myself, but have discontinued use with my kids.

    My baby has cradle cap and I found this product to be the best for it , it worked better than other products. It was gentle on my baby skin and also had a beautiful smell. Very happy with it

  • Toddler friendly

    I’m a little weary of using any products with ingredients that I don’t know, are there are some with this wash that I wouldn’t know if they were good/bad etc… but this product was nice to use and made washing my wriggly toddlers hair easy with it being a tear free formula.

  • Skin still feeling soft

    We have been using Cetaphil Baby Gentle wash and Shampoo for a couple of weeks now with no skin irritation on either of our little ones (1&3). Both boys get pretty grubby during the day and the Cetaphil seems to work well on washing away the daily grime. Still would like a little bit of colour to the solution so our three year old knows how much he has on his hands for washing himself.

  • Great product that has became a favourite

    This is a great baby bath time product. My son has normal skin that gets dry throughout winter. These products have helped clear up the dryness, leaving the skin soft and gentle. It didn’t irritate, and has a pleasant slight smell to the product. This product is now apart of our daily routine.

  • Great for sensitive skin

    As well as using this product on my daughter I gave the samples to friends and in particular friends with kids with sensitive skin. One such friend has told me her daughter, who has severe eczema, is now happy to have a shower using this product as it doesn’t sting her like other products do. This is a great result for result for them.

    The Cetaphil Wash and Shampoo certainly lives up to its name as i found it very gentle on Bub’s skin. It soothed any redness and made bath time enjoyable. It leaves no residue and has a calming smell to it. It left her hair very soft and manageable. I even have been using it myself!

  • Looks fresh, feels fresh!

    As a mum who has never used cetaphil before, I was very keen to try the brand and see if it was something I would potentially purchase in the future.
    Firstly, when the product arrived I was impressed by the packaging. The neat little bottles looked simple and the colours (Green, Blue and White) instantly made me think it looked clean, pure and fresh. I liked the round shape that has no edges or sharp bits little ones can catch themselves on if they happen to get hold of it. The only thing I found that I didn’t like about the package is the dispensing lid, you have to squeeze the bottle in order for the product to be dispensed, however I found it quite difficult to dispense a small amount as it tends to “shoot” out of the bottle. This would be a problem for me as I feel like alot of product would be quite wasted. I feel like a press dispenser would be more efficient on this product.

    Upon opening the product I was hit with a very pleasant, almost floral smell. It smells very nice and at first wasn’t overpowering. The gel itself is a nice consistency and isn’t too soapy. It foams up nicely and is easy to wash off unlike some soaps that feel slimey and take a long time to wash off. The product left my baby’s skin and my hands feeling nice and fresh and clean. As I used the product some more, I did find that the smell became quite overpowering. It had a very pleasant smell at first which I began to be overwhelmed by as I used it more and more.

    Overall I would buy this product again based on the ease of use and clean feeling it gave me and my baby. While initially being overpowering the product smell has lingered on my baby’s skin, softly, and kept him smelling nice all day.

  • A little goes a long way

    Leaving baby skins smooth and pleasant smelling this shampoo is great for bubs of all ages. It’s no tears in an easy to use bottle. Just a small squeeze creates a great lather of this shampoo, enough to clean oats, dirt, noodles and whatever else your child will manage to get in their hair and body. Only watch out, the first few squeezes from bottle can be fast, with a lot coming out. Highly recommend

  • Our new regular!

    I was so excited to be selected to trial Cetaphil Gentle Baby Wash and Shampoo on my little one, and I was even more excited once I saw the results!
    My daughters skin was so supple, soft and smooth afterward; I couldn’t believe it! The previous brand always left a soapy, slippery residue afterward but Cetaphil was just silky smooth and clean!
    The scent was not overpowering and was very pleasant and I wish there was a candle of some sort for it, too bad I can’t wear my 2 year old just to smell like that!
    My daughter enjoyed playing with the soap free bubbles and I felt at ease knowing it was soap free and wouldn’t bother her if they popped.

    I highly recommend Cetaphil Gentle Baby Wash and Shampoo for all your little ones (and your little ones babies) for a truly gentle bath experience. We will be keeping this product as a regular in our home!

  • Awesome Product!!

    Thanks MoM for including us in this review, it’s been great. I’ve been using it on all 3 of our kids and they skin has been so much softer. Biggest change though has been with our 6 yr old, she recently has been experiencing an eczema flair and our usual go to’s weren’t bring it back under control. Since using the Cetaphil on her it’s settled back down again and cleared up. We will be making the switch!

  • So fresh and so clean clean

    The gentle wash is so nice and silky on my baby’s skin. It does not dry his skin or leave it whitish like some other baby products.My baby does not tear during bath time and feels excited instead. Wish I had come across the product earlier than now.
