  • Once a hesitant online shopper - now I'll never look back!

    After taking a look at another supermarkets online shopping about 2 years ago, I was totally confused and put off even trying as it was not an easy set up. Recently I tried Coles online shopping and could not be happier. I got free delivery before Christmas, all my groceries were available, and delivered fresh by a friendly driver.

    The first time, it took me a while but since then I have used previous orders and lists to order from and now there is no looking back. I love that the specials are listed so i don’t miss them and that it can all be done from the comfort of my own home. We save money as I have the time to look for specials and don’t have to take hungry kids shopping with me!

    I love that I can add to my order up until a cut off point (much better than the other supermarket I tired) as I often forget things and this way can add them easily.

    Overall I would highly recommend Coles Online Shopping to everyone – it’s one less stress out of my week and I could not be happier!

    Oh, and getting Flybuys points online makes it even sweeter!

    Having small children and a husband who works away from home, I find grocery shopping a bit of a hassle, this service is fantastic for me in our situation.

    Amazing service! Will definitely be shopping like this from now on! We have a ridiculously steep driveway and the gentleman who unloaded our order was fantastic and very friendly. We have 4 kids and 2 very big dogs so there was a lot to unload. Products that I had chosen that were not available were all upgraded and weRe excellent value for money. Well done Coles!

    I had never order my groceries online before. What a surprise to find all my groceries I had picked deliverd to the door by a friendly deliverer, wanting to know if I was happy with the service and delivered on time! WOW, will definitely do this again!

    i love the ease of online shopping specially with three kids under 6, food shopping in the supermarket is usually a nightmare but after discovering my area now does delivery it made me definatly choose to do shopping online and save the fights and hassles i usually face when doing my dreaded food shop

    I started shopping for groceries online when I was 8.5 months preggies with #2 & have always used Woolworths. I tried Coles before they upgraded their website but found it too confusing. But that has certainly changed. The website is really user friendly as well as the delivery guy – had my groceries taken all the way into the kitchen

    I tried the coles online shopping for the first time last week and loved it! I find it sometimes an overwhelming task to get out and go shopping with a 7 month old and often dread doing the shopping. I love that I could go online and browse all the things I needed and have it parodied for and sent to my home. No wheeling through a supermarket with a crying baby out trying to pack and unpack the car! Very happy with this service and will be doing this more often now

  • Great when you're a new mum

    I used Coles online after returning from living in London where I was using online grocery deliveries. I started using coles online when I first had my son as I had no support to help with anything. It was such a great relief and convenience to get on-line and choose what I wanted and the delivery time frame and it was only approx. $5 delivery when I used it. I used to love picking out the specials. You need to know the products are more expensive on-line and the cost in store – but they you can weigh up the costs and time to shop, car, park etc. I would recommend Coles online.

    I have used coles online quite a few times now.the delivery guys are always so friendly and so helpful!i have only had one instance where a couple of products were broken but I just took them back to the store.i have found that every shop there are a couple of items substituted but they always substitute for better.highly recommend coles online!

  • Love this highly recommend

    I am in love with this service. I get to shop in the comfort of my own home with no kids curing and screaming and stressing me out. They pack everything for me and then deliver it and place it where I want it inside my house they are polite and extremely helpful they let my boys help too are really nice to the boys too. The fruit and veges produce picked are the best and my order has never been incorrect. They Ben if something is out if stock replace it with something more expensive and will not charge the extra price also. The only criticism is you are unable to make notes to the puckers to be able to say what you are looking for

  • Easy and great time saver

    I placed my order with coles online yesterday and received my order this morning at 10am! The driver was so helpful brang everything straight to my kitchen and checked my order with me. Everything was perfect and all the fruit and vegetables were very fresh! Very happy with the service and shopping online saved me a lot of time which allowed me to spend that extra hour with my family when I would usually be shopping 🙂

  • Rude but Helpful

    The van could not find my street number, as he was on the wrong street. He was them really rude when I pointed this out to him, my Ice cream was melted and. I did ring coles and they where wonderful to deal with and worked hard to make it right. Have used them again and have to say their delivery leaves me looking else where

    I enjoy doing groceries and shopping physically. It seems for me a very therapeutic thing to do. Plus I love fresh produce and food in general. The only thing is that when I was on my last days of pregnancy and when I gave birth it was difficult to have that leisure I used to having. So I have had to use the coles online grocery and it was still as Fun and fresh with grear bargains and friendly staff. Good help on time of need

    I live in an unit on the second floor with at least 2 dozen to the ground floor. My partner hates food shopping as well. I started using coles koine well I was heavily pregnant as I was retaining lots of fluid in my ankles and I just didn’t have time to shop. They are great if you order coke and water in bulk as it saves carrying then. They have great specials online and some that are online exclusive only, which can be quite handy. They also retain your previous online shops and compile a usuals list for you to go thru and make it easier. You are able to shop with ease with out having to worry about kids chucking in unnecessary items or impulse buys when you are feeling peckish. You also have the option to click and collect which is another great option if you are going to be in and out all day and don’t have a spare two hour window to wait for groceries to be delivered. All in all I would definetly recommend them

    I use Coles Online all the time these days. I was dubious about getting fruit and veg from them because I like to pick my own, but I was pleasantly surprised with the quality. On the rare occasion that I have an issue though their customer service team has given me a credit for the item in question.
    I’d definitely recommend them to other busy mums.

  • Very convenient for busy mums

    I decided to try this because I had a very young baby, a toddler, and 2 school aged children. Shopping can be a nightmare! I found the service was excellent. The delivery man was friendly and helpful. He was 10 mins after my delivery time so when I rang up they credited me the delivery fee. A great idea all in all.

    I found onlines shopping at coles brilliant, i no longer have to take my baby out shopping for groceries with tears and tantrums at the end of the shop. I find the delivery fast, friendly and easy! My groceries are fresh, and have the same assortment of products as in store!

  • Late and unavailable

    I was very disappointed using Coles online. I went on to order for a delivery 2 days away and the windows were already fully booked. So I booked for the next day. I started going through the products – several products I usually buy I could not even find when I searched or when I went into the appropriate catergory – fair enough I’ll get them next week as they were non-urgent. Went through the process – system couldn’t process online so had to do mobile eftpos. The driver arrived AFTER the delivery window period by 20 minutes. He put the products quickly inside my front door processed my payment and left. Several of the fresh products looked as though they would only last a day. Two of the items I ordered weren’t in the delivery (I wasn’t charged for them). Still good in some ways for the convenience but I think I’ll just go to the store next time.

  • Fantastic service!!!

    I cannot recommend the Coles online shopping enough. It is a fantastic service with lovely mannered delivery people, timley delivery (especially with their new added feature of letting you know on the day a smaller time-frame within the usual 2hr one), free delivery on Wednesday’s and I don’t have to leave the house. My groceries are delivered right to my kitchen bench, which is great in bad weather, when I am sick/busy or when my son is not in the mood for grocery shopping. They have only missed a couple of items in the past and rectified them immediately, no questions asked!

  • Great option for the time poor or mums with kids!

    At my previous residence I used coles online shopping frequently. I had a little one and an older one at primary school and trying to schedule in grocery shopping in between naps, school projects, etc was a nightmare. So I thought why not try online shopping. I had heard some mixed reviews from people, but decided to give it a go. I was so glad that I did. The first time I used it, it was great. They turned up right on time and everything was as I asked for and I even received some free samples! I couldn’t have been happier. Since that first order there were a few times when some groceries weren’t included or they put the wrong thing in, sometimes they were late, sometimes the staff were so rude. But in all honesty the good outweighed the bad and each time something went wrong, I would ring head office and they would either credit me for the product that was wrong/missing or they would pass on a complimentary free delivery for my next order. What can be better than choosing out your shopping of a night when the kids are in bed, you have your cupboard there to look at what you need, I also look up recipes at the same time and add in the ingredients needed. I found that I was saving money as I wasn’t buying things I didn’t need and I could track the tally to stick to a budget. All in all, I would definitely recommend online shopping. I don’t do online shopping now though, buts that’s only the new residence we have moved to has Coles right across the road, so I just walk over when the kids are in bed and hubby is home, which is easy for me.

  • Time saver for busy family.

    I started using Coles online while expecting our 3rd bub as getting to the shops with 2 toddlers was too much. I loved being able to order in my own time and even come back over a few days to complete an order. I found plenty of specials too, as well as the fresh fruit, vegans meat.
    I like being able to see how much dollar value is in the shopping trolley which helps keep me on track budget wise. I like being able to order bulk amounts of nappies and wipes and not have to worry about unloading the car. The best thing though, is I can get our shopping done even during the rainy and cold weather or if the kids are sick. I highly recommend Coles Online.

    After moving and losing all our food due to the electricity company doing a big boo boo this was my saviour. A 20month old and 2 month old and the last thing i wanted to do was shop. Thank goodness for coles!
