  • Once a hesitant online shopper - now I'll never look back!

    After taking a look at another supermarkets online shopping about 2 years ago, I was totally confused and put off even trying as it was not an easy set up. Recently I tried Coles online shopping and could not be happier. I got free delivery before Christmas, all my groceries were available, and delivered fresh by a friendly driver.

    The first time, it took me a while but since then I have used previous orders and lists to order from and now there is no looking back. I love that the specials are listed so i don’t miss them and that it can all be done from the comfort of my own home. We save money as I have the time to look for specials and don’t have to take hungry kids shopping with me!

    I love that I can add to my order up until a cut off point (much better than the other supermarket I tired) as I often forget things and this way can add them easily.

    Overall I would highly recommend Coles Online Shopping to everyone – it’s one less stress out of my week and I could not be happier!

    Oh, and getting Flybuys points online makes it even sweeter!

    Having small children and a husband who works away from home, I find grocery shopping a bit of a hassle, this service is fantastic for me in our situation.

    Amazing service! Will definitely be shopping like this from now on! We have a ridiculously steep driveway and the gentleman who unloaded our order was fantastic and very friendly. We have 4 kids and 2 very big dogs so there was a lot to unload. Products that I had chosen that were not available were all upgraded and weRe excellent value for money. Well done Coles!

    I had never order my groceries online before. What a surprise to find all my groceries I had picked deliverd to the door by a friendly deliverer, wanting to know if I was happy with the service and delivered on time! WOW, will definitely do this again!

    i love the ease of online shopping specially with three kids under 6, food shopping in the supermarket is usually a nightmare but after discovering my area now does delivery it made me definatly choose to do shopping online and save the fights and hassles i usually face when doing my dreaded food shop

  • Impressive!

    I started shopping for groceries online when I was 8.5 months preggies with #2 & have always used Woolworths. I tried Coles before they upgraded their website but found it too confusing. But that has certainly changed. The website is really user friendly as well as the delivery guy – had my groceries taken all the way into the kitchen

  • Love the convenience

    I tried the coles online shopping for the first time last week and loved it! I find it sometimes an overwhelming task to get out and go shopping with a 7 month old and often dread doing the shopping. I love that I could go online and browse all the things I needed and have it parodied for and sent to my home. No wheeling through a supermarket with a crying baby out trying to pack and unpack the car! Very happy with this service and will be doing this more often now

    this town has only just recently got into the delivery side of things. the online shopping process was so easy to do and the driver is nice and really helpful and helped unpack the groceries
    the kids really loved the experience and were so excited to see the truck and have a visitor bringing goodies
    i would suggest giving it a go

    I wasn’t sure about the whole concept of online shopping for groceries but was pleasantly surprised by easy it all was. The food was delivered within the agreed timeframe, exactly what I ordered and nicely packed. Will definitely be looking to use the service again.

    On a visit to my cousins house while on our road trip, we only had a couple of days with her and had so much planned so shopping was out of the question (food shopping that is!) so she said we could order through her coles online account so we did! we all put in a bit of money and went online. The ordering was very easy and a lot more fun then in store and there was everything we needed! The delivery didn’t take long to come and the service was very friendly 🙂

  • Convenient and great service

    I just completed my first online shopping with Coles on the weekend and was surprised with the quality!

    The products I ordered were all great quality. I must admit, I was a bit concerned with how the quality of the produce would be considering I am not choosing it myself, but it was excellent, I was very impressed with the freshness and quality of product.

    The delivery was right at the beginning of my 2 hour delivery time frame, and the delivery man was extremely nice, friendly and helpful.

    I did find a couple of items were higher priced when buying online as opposed to in store, but when I weigh up the small extra cost with taking my 18 month old monkey-boy shopping with me on a saturday morning, I know which wins out haha.

    I always found when I looked into online shopping it was much more expensive than going myself, but have now found that Coles offer really great prices online. Will definitely do it again!

  • Very convenient, much better than shopping with kids

    I had a couple of items that had to be altered from the original order but I was happy to have received an email prior to delivery to advise of this and happy with the alternative products also. The delivery people have been awesome, so friendly and helpful.
    If I had to be critical however, on the two occasions I have done this, the times of deliveries were either in the last 10mins of the 2 hour window, or 20 minutes after the 2 hour window. But all in all I would use them again as it is very convenient and much better than shopping with children.

  • Easy to use but not great product range

    I’ve used coles online a few times but now have reverted back to the shops as the quantity of products is not as large which meant I often had to visit the shops anyway, I found it good when I first had my baby and might try it again one day but was a bit disappointed. Also prices were slightly higher.

    It’s convenient, easy to select items, food is the same quality as I would pick myself and makes my life easier. With a 6 mth old shopping online for a big shop is so much easier and I found it so much easier to resist temptation shopping

  • Highly recommended

    I’ve used Coles online a few times. It saves me lots of time as I can shop online once the kids are in bed and choose the most convenient day to have everything delivered. I usually choose the earliest time slot as I am always awake at that time and I love that I can have everything packed away before taking the kids to school. My kids love waiting for the red truck to pull up outside our house because they know that I usually order them a treat and they can’t wait to find out what it is. I have always received the freshest produce and they have always delivered within the timeframe that I chose. Highly recommend for any busy parent. The bonus is that I have my shopping list and tend to stick to it so no more impulse buys or children screaming in the aisles.

    Taking advantage of the local, free delivery wednesday keeps the cost down and especially in winter when going out is a chore, never had a problem with my online deliveries and hope it stays that way fingers crossed

    I dont mind coles online but it does have good and bad points. The prices, time spans are great and fit in well, one thing i didnt like was items that were missing from my order as i end up having to go the the shops myself to get them as they were some of the main things i needed.

    Going shopping with kids is tough. Being able to buy my groceries online, at a time that suits me and have them delivered to my door is a huge help. I take advantage of free delivery on Wednesdays, the deliverer is always friendly and I’m mostly happy with the quality of products. I would recommend on!ine shopping for busy families.

  • Great Experience although a little dissapointed

    I ordered online with Coles and loved the experience of being able to choose what i wanted and needed without the added temptations the store has. The shopping arrived on the time and date specified although i did notice the fresh produce was not 100% and i would have chosen fresher produce myself. Otherwise quite happy with the overall

  • Convenient and quick!,

    Coles online shopping is a great tool for those Mums who struggle to find the time to get out the house to do their shopping.
    Pro’s – so easy to search products and compare prices!! Can get shopping done very quickly!
    No need to drag the kids down the street and tend to only buy what you need!
    Cons – you’re not able to physically pick out fruit and veggies and if you like to browse when doing groceries it’s hard to find new products to try!!

    All up a great tool for busy mums and I would use again!!

    I find that using Coles Online is of most part a great experience. The driver has always been fantastic. My only issue is that there could be a catalogue special that’s not available online.

    Coles online shopping is an incredibly easy way to get your groceries, and if you’re sometimes physically limited (as I am), it can be a real lifesaver. The delivery people aren’t all that friendly – mostly I think because they’re in a rush. And it’s a pain if you can’t find everything you need (or if they’re out of stock and you don’t discover that till they arrive). I’m not sure I’d use them for every shop, but it’s a great service to have available.

    I find Coles to have a very friendly team of delivery staff, fruit and vegetables are usually fresh and if they aren`t they will refund you on your next order.

    I do have some difficulties finding what I`m looking for at times, in the end I often just search for my item.

    I have long been a fan of Coles Online Shopping and Delivery. The website is easy to use and the my usuals list is a time saver for standard basic shops. The delivery drivers are friendly and always on time. The fruit and Veg boxes are always fresh and well worth the money. I love the convenience of coles online, and love the free delivery Wednesdays! I would absolutely recommend (and often do) coles online shopping and home delivery service.

  • Convenient but catches

    I had been doing Coles online shopping for a little while as it is super convenient when you have two small kids. Even to just grab all the big heavy things and you can do little shops later with the kids BUT I found out something that has made me refuse to ever do online shopping again! It does not validate the Flybuys Bonus offers!! Which they only have in tiny tiny print down the bottom. There was a
    Massive fuel promo where you could get 30c off fuel if you spent X amount. I did thinking yay almost $40 off my next tank of petrol only to find it is not valid with “online” orders. I will NEVER use it again on principle, who knows what else you miss out on!

  • Great for when you're short on time

    I have used Coles Online to do my shopping quite a lot. I don’t recommend using it for events like Easter or Christmas as they do the shop the day they deliver and don’t reserve things for you, so a lot may be out of stock.
    However it’s great for those weeks when you just can’t make it out of the house due to weather, illness or some other reason.
