  • Once a hesitant online shopper - now I'll never look back!

    After taking a look at another supermarkets online shopping about 2 years ago, I was totally confused and put off even trying as it was not an easy set up. Recently I tried Coles online shopping and could not be happier. I got free delivery before Christmas, all my groceries were available, and delivered fresh by a friendly driver.

    The first time, it took me a while but since then I have used previous orders and lists to order from and now there is no looking back. I love that the specials are listed so i don’t miss them and that it can all be done from the comfort of my own home. We save money as I have the time to look for specials and don’t have to take hungry kids shopping with me!

    I love that I can add to my order up until a cut off point (much better than the other supermarket I tired) as I often forget things and this way can add them easily.

    Overall I would highly recommend Coles Online Shopping to everyone – it’s one less stress out of my week and I could not be happier!

    Oh, and getting Flybuys points online makes it even sweeter!

    Having small children and a husband who works away from home, I find grocery shopping a bit of a hassle, this service is fantastic for me in our situation.

  • Amazing service!

    Amazing service! Will definitely be shopping like this from now on! We have a ridiculously steep driveway and the gentleman who unloaded our order was fantastic and very friendly. We have 4 kids and 2 very big dogs so there was a lot to unload. Products that I had chosen that were not available were all upgraded and weRe excellent value for money. Well done Coles!

    I had never order my groceries online before. What a surprise to find all my groceries I had picked deliverd to the door by a friendly deliverer, wanting to know if I was happy with the service and delivered on time! WOW, will definitely do this again!

    i love the ease of online shopping specially with three kids under 6, food shopping in the supermarket is usually a nightmare but after discovering my area now does delivery it made me definatly choose to do shopping online and save the fights and hassles i usually face when doing my dreaded food shop

    I started shopping for groceries online when I was 8.5 months preggies with #2 & have always used Woolworths. I tried Coles before they upgraded their website but found it too confusing. But that has certainly changed. The website is really user friendly as well as the delivery guy – had my groceries taken all the way into the kitchen

    I tried the coles online shopping for the first time last week and loved it! I find it sometimes an overwhelming task to get out and go shopping with a 7 month old and often dread doing the shopping. I love that I could go online and browse all the things I needed and have it parodied for and sent to my home. No wheeling through a supermarket with a crying baby out trying to pack and unpack the car! Very happy with this service and will be doing this more often now

    this town has only just recently got into the delivery side of things. the online shopping process was so easy to do and the driver is nice and really helpful and helped unpack the groceries
    the kids really loved the experience and were so excited to see the truck and have a visitor bringing goodies
    i would suggest giving it a go

    I wasn’t sure about the whole concept of online shopping for groceries but was pleasantly surprised by easy it all was. The food was delivered within the agreed timeframe, exactly what I ordered and nicely packed. Will definitely be looking to use the service again.

  • So easy and convenient, especially as a first time mum.

    I love shopping at Coles online as i am a first time mum and am still learning how to balance everything. The fact that i don’t need to worry about checking where i am at with bubs’ routine to make sure i go in her sleep time so she isn’t crying makes it so much easier. Also, the convenience of online shopping ensures that i don’t need to about pushing a pram AND a trolley. I just jump on Coles Online and order everything i need and it gets delivered with no hassle on my end.

    Coles usually has great deals and when they do I buy in bulk. Their delivery service has been great and it saves me a lot of time going to the shops with two little ones which is extremely stressful. I definitely will do this more often and recommend to all our friends.

    All the groceries i would normally buy, except for the binge shopping i sometimes do…so saved me money on the junk i would usually randomly buy on top of my list 🙂 I could orgainise delivery when it suited me, the kids were excited when the truck pulled up, delivered to my door, no fuss, fresh and easy to pay for.

  • Very convenient, easy to use

    Was very hesitant with ordering fruit and veg online but was surprised that what arrived was up to my standards. Website was easy to use. There was one thing I couldn’t find online and one item took me ages to find. I would use it more often if you old order the night before you wanted it delivered, delivery fee is a bit high. One item wasn’t in stock (bag of carrots) and replacement item came as a ingle carrot (won’t last long lol) overall was happy and would use again.

  • So convenient, so easy

    Started using when I had a baby and pregnant with my second. Love how convenient it is to browse aisles, create your shopping list for Coles to search for items or simply use the search bar.
    I can arrange results in various orders that suits me and it saves previous items I have purchased.
    All the while I still receive fly buys, get my fuel vouchers and get fresh food delivered at my choice of a 2 hr window and I can save money on delivery depending on time and day.
    I also love that you can amend your order up until a certain time.
    It’s so convenient and the friendly driver brings it to my kitchen bench.

  • Highly recommended

    I have been using Coles on line now for4.5 years. It is so much easier than trying to go to the shops with kids and carry it all home etc. Now they have free delivery on Wednesday it is awesome. If there is a product missing or an error (very simple just call the help line). In most cases prices are the same as you pay in store (only occassional have I noticed an online price higher than the standard store price). Also by doing this you reduce impulse buys so save money! The first time can seem time consuming as you set up your regular order but after that it becomes quicker

  • Delivered fresh to your door

    Having never used Coles on-line before, I found it an easy process. I must say though that I was a little disappointed that I couldn’t get next day delivery as it was all booked out. And there were a few products that I normally buy from Coles that I couldn’t get on-line.
    The person delivering arrived between the time frame that I had picked and were helpful in bringing the groceries into the house. Fruit and vegies purchased were fresh.
    Free delivery is only for offered for your first delivery if you spend more than $100. Should be offered every time if a certain amount is spent.
    I would recommend this to people that would do a weekly shop. If you want something the next day you are best of going in store yourself.

  • great for a standard family, allergy sufferers beware

    i really like shopping online because we have no car.. however with a coeliac for a son we can’t buy or try any “new” products because it’s so hard to get the info on the contents – we still have to go to the shop to read the label, then struggle home with the food

For those with coeliac disease, this aisle is fantastic as it allows you to see all of our gluten free products in one place.   • Click n collect over paying for delivery

    Never having purchased groceries online I was a complete newbie. I found the website fairly easy to navigate, particularly since most of my choices came from the special list. I did have a slight problem when I was selecting my washing powder; every time I tried to select it an error page came up saying the product couldn’t be found, but when I checked the trolley there were three packets of it in there!
    I was put off that after selecting my groceries (which totalled over $100) and using the code that I was going to be charged for delivery. Since one of the click n collect stores was nearby I chose that option.
    The staff were lovely, even arranging credit for me, as some of the items I’d ordered were out of stock.
    I’d definitely consider using this option again as the fruit provided was lovely – nicer than what we’ve purchased at our local store! And, as I said the staff were lovely, friendly, helpful and happy to explain what the best options are for popular items that might be out of stock.
    Thank you so much, our shopping may well get done in bed at night from now on!

  • Really impressed with the delivery service

    I wasn’t part of the group chosen to review but decided to give Coles a go , taking advantage of the free first delivery option. I’ve used woolworths online so was keen to compare the two.

    I seem to spend a long time online organising my online trolley but mostly because I scroll through all the specials first. But was simple to navigate though I don’t really like how it shows the price/savings once in the trolley. It didn’t give me confidence that I was being charged the special price.

    Delivery was fantastic and stress free. My delivery guy was friendly, put the shopping on the bench (great because I’m 35 weeks pregnant ) and also explained my invoice, what needed to be put in the fridge and if I had any questions given it was my first Coles delivery.

  • Scared the bajesus out of me!!!

    So I choose the time slot to have my groceries delivered between 630 and 830am only did they decided to deliver it right on 6:30 AM and knocked on the door like the police, scared the absolute bajesus out of me! Apart from from that it was a great experience and they came in and unpacked my groceries and then they explained what was frozen and what was fresh asked if we had any plastic bags that he could take to recycle for us. The fresh food picked for me was perfect, perfectly like I had picked it myself. A couple of thing I couldnt find when I was ordering online, but apart from that a great experience and will def be doing it again!

    I started online shopping with Coles when I couldn’t get to the shops with the kids. From then I decided to do it all the time because I found my daughter didn’t get to just randomly throw things in the trolley when I wasn’t watching & I didn’t do any impulse buying because you don’t see unnecessary items that I normally do.     I love the ease of shopping from home with Coles. I can go back and forth from the computer, which is very helpful with a 2yr old. I don’t have to find a park and deal with a tantrum. I can look at all the specials and make sure I don’t forget anything on my list. The delivery drivers are always so happy and friendly. And if I’ve ever had an item not quite fresh I have received a refund credit. So grateful to have this service.

    I have used Coles online on and off for the last year and I must say that it cuts down my shopping time drastically which with a young family is extremely beneficial, My delivery driver was always friendly and the site was fairly easy to use and find my products. I type my list into the box and do the product search that way. I like that the delivery times are short so you don’t have to hang around the house for too long waiting for them to arrive. I would recommend coles online

    I have been getting Coles to deliver for years. I started by trying both Woolies and Coles. Coles was by far tge better company.

    The delivery person is always super friendly. They ask where you would like the groceries put- Woolies put them at the door. The items are always top quality. Fresh fruit and meats and frozen goods still frozen solid!

    I have started using the Coles Online service recently and have found the service to be easy to use and worthwhile when you cannot go to the store. Only downside I found was that the vouchers for discounts etc received from flybuys cannot be used in the online store.

    I have used Coles Online Shopping a few times. Would definitely use again. I find it a bit more expensive to do it online, different sale items and some things appear to cost more online. However I find the fruit and vegetables higher quality then in the shop itself. I like the freebies they give you to test out, its great they have eftpos, you can still collect flybuy points, every delivery person I have had has been lovely, I have not been disappointed.

    LOVE utilising Coles online. I’ve only recently starting using them & am very happy with the service & quality of products. Much, much easier than trawling through the Store with a curious, active 1 year old. I love that I can compare items that are on special & choose the cheapest & then have it all delivered right to my kitchen. No dealing with trollies, long shopping lines, bored kids & having to load & unload it all, whilst keeping a 1 year old safe & entertained.

1. Nappy Free Time
